What the role is
What you will be working on
Your key duties include:
1. Registration and Documentation:
Process applications for ship registration and maintain accurate records.
Ensure all required documentation is complete and complies with relevant regulations.
Provide timely and professional registry-related services to our clients.
2. Communication:
Engage and liaise with ship owners, operators, and other stakeholders.
Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding the registration process.
3. Data and System Management:
Maintain and update the ship registry database.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
4. Reporting:
Prepare reports on the status of ship registrations and compliance issues.
Provide statistical data and analysis to management.
5. Market Research and Promotion:
Conduct maritime market research to keep up with current and future development and identify opportunities
Promote Singapore Registry
What we are looking for
You should possess a tertiary qualification in either maritime studies, business administration, data analytic or a related field for the role. Added qualification and/or knowledge in maritime law, international shipping regulations and data analytic would be an advantage.
You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, possess strong data analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to manage work independently and as part of a team. You should be meticulous to details, able to work well under pressure, while being customer service oriented to manage the various stakeholders.

Successfully applicant will be offered a 2-year contract appointment.
