What the role is

The role will support the management of account receivables, perform regular checks on payments and receivables to ensure compliance with prevailing rules and guidelines.

What you will be working on

Primary Job Responsibilities: Fees Collection and Billing System Management • Oversee the billing system and perform daily in-depth verification of transactions to ensure accuracy. • Conduct routine checks to maintain system integrity and accuracy. • Manage system service requests and participate in user acceptance testing. • Ensure comprehensive knowledge of fee policies and tenancy agreements for accurate fee application. Tenant Billing • Execute monthly billing meticulously and deliver account summaries to tenants using Robotic Process Automation (RPA). • Monitor outstanding payments and apply late payment interest as necessary. Develop and review audit programmes and procedures, support audit checks by liaising with stakeholders on the audit issues to, • work out appropriate responses. • review and propose controls to mitigate risks and monitor outstanding issues to ensure prompt resolution of issues. Secondary Job Responsibilities: Update internal shared folders with billing data/emails/ supporting documents.

What we are looking for

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in audit, finance/budget-related areas. • Experience in Government agencies/public organisations, with knowledge in public sector auditing, financing and governance is preferred. • Utilise advanced Excel functions for data analysis, reporting, and managing billing information, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of large datasets. • Highly-motivated with positive working attitude. • Able to work independently and as a good team player. • Possess critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Good interpersonal skills and able to engage and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels.
