What you will be working on
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Fees Collection and Billing System Management
• Oversee the billing system and perform daily in-depth verification of transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct routine checks to maintain system integrity and accuracy.
• Manage system service requests and participate in user acceptance testing.
• Ensure comprehensive knowledge of fee policies and tenancy agreements for accurate fee application.
Tenant Billing
• Execute monthly billing meticulously and deliver account summaries to tenants using Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Monitor outstanding payments and apply late payment interest as necessary.
Develop and review audit programmes and procedures, support audit checks by liaising with stakeholders on the audit issues to,
• work out appropriate responses.
• review and propose controls to mitigate risks and monitor outstanding issues to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Secondary Job Responsibilities:
Update internal shared folders with billing data/emails/ supporting documents.
What we are looking for
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in audit, finance/budget-related areas.
• Experience in Government agencies/public organisations, with knowledge in public sector auditing, financing and governance is preferred.
• Utilise advanced Excel functions for data analysis, reporting, and managing billing information, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of large datasets.
• Highly-motivated with positive working attitude.
• Able to work independently and as a good team player.
• Possess critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to engage and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels.
