What the role is
What you will be working on
• Drive the continuous improvements projects designed to enhance efficiency and productivity in managing the CET processes
• Analyse business and stakeholders’ requirements and priorities, identify and make recommendations to streamline processes using digitalisation or automation tools
• Perform data cleaning and transformation to produce analysis-ready datasets
• Develop effective operational and analytical dashboards for the CET processes
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross function stakeholders to address operational challenges and concerns
• Perform basic troubleshooting of system-related issues
• Support system enhancements to the Training Management Systems including requirement specifications, users acceptance testing and implementation
• Handle any other administrative and operational duties as assigned
What we are looking for
• Qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
• Able to work well in teams as well as independently with little supervision
• Must possess systems thinking and problem-solving skills
• Must be comfortable to work with large datasets
• Hands-on experience in using visualisation tools like Tableau, Power BI
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Uipath and Power Automate preferred
• Knowledge of Lean, Design Thinking or other process improvement methodologies preferred
• Prior experience working in or involved in business transformation/process improvement projects would be an advantage
