[What you will be working on]
The Monetary Authority of Singapore works with the financial industry to promote Singapore as a dynamic international financial centre. It facilitates the development of infrastructure, adoption of technology, and upgrading of skills in the financial industry.
The FinTech Infrastructure Office (FIO) is responsible for the development and execution of strategies and initiatives to shape the future of cross border financial networks and support the development of digital infrastructure and platforms to enhance efficiency and access new markets.
In this position, you will:
Lead the delivery of industry initiatives to support the development of digital platforms.
Develop business case, engagement plans and roadmap for development initiatives in areas such as asset tokenisation, central bank digital currency (CBDC) and open finance.
Collaborate with the financial industry, government agencies, other central banks, regulators and international organisations on these topics and related implications.
Monitor and review international and domestic technology trends and developments. Evaluate their implications for the financial services sector, assessing evolving risk and impact.
[What we are looking for]

Strong project management skills and ability to drive projects to completion
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage and influence both internal and external stakeholders
Experience in banking or financial markets is preferred
Experience in leading financial technology firms or technology venture capital companies will also be an advantage.
