You develop and sustain strategic capabilities in the defence industry within the Industry Development (ID) group.

You also ensure that the defence industry can provide critical support and services to the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). In addition, you assist in policy formulation and the implementation of frameworks to promote good governance and strong partnerships within the defence industry. On this, you support the department in data collection and reports, as well as the preparation of materials and reports for meetings.

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with at least 2 years' work experience in engineering or capability development field. Possession of strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills is essential. Having experience in policy or regulation is advantageous. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
