You develop and sustain strategic capabilities in the defence industry within the Industry Development (ID) group.

- Ensure defence industry can provide critical support and services to the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) - Assist in policy formulation for the defence industry - Implement frameworks to promote good governance and partnerships - Support the department in data collection and reports - Prepare materials and reports for meetings Challenge(s) - Balancing defence needs with industry capabilities - Fostering strong partnerships

- At least 2 years of work experience in engineering or capability development field is preferred - Experience in policy or regulation is advantageous - Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
