You assist in all Human Resource (HR) management and administrative matters, such as performance management, training and development, recruitment, discipline, and welfare.

You also manage the director's schedules, meetings, and engagements; and ensure efficient coordination with other principals. On this, you prioritise meetings, coordinate submissions for meetings chaired or attended by the Director, and maintain office equipment and inventories. In addition, you take on the welfare Officer In-Charge (OIC) role. Your challenge lies in keeping abreast of relevant HR initiatives and directions to ensure service delivery to various stakeholders. Effective communication with all levels of management, adaptability, and flexibility are crucial.

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Human Resource Administration, with at least 3 years' relevant experience. Possession of strong communication, leadership, public relations and multitasking skills is essential. (Applicants with no experience may apply.) Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
