You assist in identifying operational gaps and opportunities in musculoskeletal health for the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN).

- Identify operational gaps and opportunities in musculoskeletal health - Contribute to the Medical Research Workplan - Conduct musculoskeletal health research projects and operationalisation trials - Analyse musculoskeletal health data - Implement approved interventions in the RSN units Challenge(s) - Maintaining a strong command of research methodology and tools for data collection and analysis - Designing and conducting effective research projects and trials in a military naval context - Developing a thorough understanding of musculoskeletal-related issues specific to the Navy
