Project Title: Making MOM’s policies and services more user-centred through behavioural insights and design.
Project Overview: As part of the Behavioural Insights & Design unit in Co-Lab, you will work with departments to review their programmes and processes by applying behavioural insights (BI) and design thinking (DT) methods.

What the role is
What you will be working on
Depending on the period of internship, your course of study, and your own areas of interest, tasks may include:
- Conducting literature reviews on BI
- Engaging in offsite user research (eg. in-depth interviews, user observations)
- Designing behavioural interventions to help users make better-informed decisions
- Designing prototypes of products and services (digital and/or physical) for possible adoption in MOM’s work areas
- Running randomised controlled trials and analysing the effectiveness of behavioural interventions.
- Conducting user-testing of prototypes (onsite and offsite) and proof of concepts
- Running training workshops to upskill other MOM officers in the use of BI and DT methods.
