What the role is
What you will be working on
You will provide mission critical financial/operational information to drive financial performance, including impactful trends and variance analysis, risk sensing and scenario planning.
You will drive financial performance to achieve value-for-money outcomes through financial advisory and decision support in project planning, contract awards and management, as well as operational and strategic planning for the division. You will also develop financial models and business analysis to support strategic initiatives to review critical strategic and financial decisions. You will lead the review of current modelling tools and processes, as well as the design of analytics. You are also to ensure alignment with, and support the CAAS' strategic directions over the long-term.

What we are looking for
We require an energetic, results-oriented leader and team player with the following prerequisites:
• Training in Accountancy, Business, Finance or related areas
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, candidates with background in audit are also welcome to apply
• Possess strong thinking and analysis skills, self-motivated and resourceful
• Strong communication, influencing and team playing skills
Note: Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance, and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
