Continuously engage stakeholders to understand their changing concerns towards the change and ensure decentralised change messaging is coherent and aligned with the master change strategy. • Training and Enablement: Design training programs and engage commercial training teams to support users in transiting into the new system / features. • Professional Support Coordination: Hire and collaborate with professional change management practitioner(s) during major releases or enhancements to ensure alignment with change management practices and support for complex change plans. • Change Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor the progress of change initiatives, evaluate their effectiveness, and report on outcomes to senior leadership, making adjustments as needed. Seek and identify leading best practices for change management.
