This is a 2-year contract position as a Senior Executive, Admin in the School of Business & Accountancy.
[What you wil be working on]
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Provide support to the school on the use of IT for operations e.g. SharePoint as a central hub for document management and collaboration; oversee functionality of IT equipment
Provide administrative support to PET and CET programmes, academic monitoring and academic quality teams as well as students’ overseas internships and study trips
Assist in coordinating school events such as graduation, Open House, student-related and outreach events (BA Freshmen Orientation, Red Camp, Early Admission and Scholarship exercises, etc.
Provide support to the school for Finance, Budgets, Procurement and Asset Management
Provide facilities management and logistics support if required
[What we are looking for]
Possess strong IT skills with a mindset for process re-engineering and transformation
Proficient in MS Office Applications, SharePoint, RPA Automation; Knowledge of the latest technologies (e.g. AI, automation, cloud platforms) and how they can be leveraged to improve processes would be an advantage
Able to problem-solve and identify improvement across processes, technology and resources
A good team player with strong interpersonal, organisational and communications skills
Able to multi-task effectively and a commitment to customer service excellence
Experience in general administration such as Finance and Procurement. Prior experience with government procurement processes would be an advantage
