You design operating procedures and oversee the operations of a printing centre which provides in-house printing services to all SAF units.

On this, you supervise two teams to ensure the timely delivery of all print jobs and maintain high-quality control that aligns with service delivery and product quality standards. You also manage finance and logistics to support production requirements. Your challenge lies in being able to track the performance of the team to meet customers' needs and expectations. You must also ensure quality standards, cost efficiency, and timely delivery to achieve customer satisfaction.

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with 5 years' experience in printing production. You should possess good knowledge of graphic design and production process as well as good interpersonal skills. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
