What you will be working on

[Key Responsibilities]: • Manage HR, Payroll, Claims or System enquiries from in-service and ex-officers. • Perform basic troubleshooting of HRP System issues • Track and follow-up on each enquiry, and ensure that resolutions are provided accurately and within established service standards. • Troubleshoot medical entitlement and billing issues • Perform data verification checks in the system to ensure data accuracy, and coordinate with WOG agencies on such data checks. • Prepare and document processes in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), end-user checklists and briefing slides to WOG agencies. • Brief, train, educate and support agencies to help them better understand and adopt the new HRP system. • Work closely with Comms team and Module Leads on end-user communications. Prepare comms templates, send out comms and reach out to stakeholders such as WOG agencies, officers or Healthcare Service Provides. • Support various modules in service recovery. • Perform end-to-end testing of HRP System functions. • Prepare and send out salary/service recovery emails via the generic mailbox to affected WOG agencies or officers.

What we are looking for

[Competencies Required]: • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task • Experience in using SAP system and/HR or Payroll will be an advantage
