What the role is
What you will be working on
(I) Learning:
1. Refresh learning policies and guidelines in line with the organisation’s learning philosophy, including developing a comprehensive training and development system for staff such as OCC, Functional Competencies and Leadership Competencies.
2. Refresh and drive Competency Driven Growth (CDG) framework to guide learning and growth based on current and future functional competencies such as OCC, Functional Competencies and Leadership Competencies.
3. Equip reporting officers to conduct CDG and career conversations with staff, using Career Development Plan tool.
4. Monitor and assess the impact of the learning and development strategy and initiatives on organisational outcomes.
5. Manage the learning budget and invoices.
(II) Leadership Development
1. Design and drive Leadership Competency Framework (LCF) with 360 and other leadership development tools.
2. Plan, conduct and follow through Leadership Conversation Series (LCS).
