What the role is
What you will be working on
You also conduct safety audits of SAF's medical training and clinical facilities, carry out safety investigations to determine the causal factors of accidents and near misses, and recommend remedial actions to prevent recurrence. In addition, you compile regular safety updates and reports, and present them at relevant meetings. Your challenge lies in internalising the safety culture in the attitude and behaviour of staff in SAF Medical Corps such that implementation of safety is second nature during both work and play.
What we are looking for
You must have a tertiary qualification in Nursing, Medical or Biomedical Sciences, with at least 5 years' working experience. If you are a healthcare worker, you should be registered with the relevant local authority (e.g. Singapore Nursing Board). You should have a keen eye for details to be able to scrutinise policies, workflows and processes. Possession of strong interpersonal skills to communicate with the different stakeholders is essential. Ability to multitask is advantageous.
