The CAAS Next Generation Programme Office integrates capabilities across CAAS divisions and co-opting technical experts and system of system professionals to develop and deliver the NexGen ANS systems. The Director (Engineering) role will focus on leading the team in developing and enhancing maintenance capabilities of the current engineering systems and subsequently the NexGen systems.

What the role is
What you will be working on
As Director (Engineering) in Next Generation Programme Office, you are expected to lead a team of more than 70 engineers to:
Develop overall technology roadmap for NexGen Air Navigation Services (ANS) Systems.
Develop System integration methodology, tech requirements, process and procedures.
Lead the development of tender specifications and documents for key ANS systems.
Deliver key ANS Systems.
Engage and coordinate with relevant stakeholders that include divisions within CAAS, other government agencies and industry in the course of your work.
What we are looking for
Extensive experience in systems architecting, management of complex engineering projects
Has spearheaded development of engineering capability
Expertise in government procurement processes and procedures
