What the role is
What you will be working on
Roles and Responsibilities:
a) Volunteer Recruitment and Management
• To assist in the recruitment of new volunteers via various public roadshows (e.g., Via MSF satellite
festivals and school booths).
• Maintaining and updating volunteer records in VMS.
b) Event Management & Training Support
• Supervising volunteers during major sporting events,
offering guidance and support as needed.
• Coordinate logistics & training support for all Team Nila
key events (e.g. TN Sport Day, TN Quarterly Training Weekends,
TN Leadership Sessions and TN Mass Rally).
c) Team Nila 10th Anniversary
• Assisting in planning and executing TN 10YA celebrations
starting from October 2024, including logistics, scheduling, and
coordinating with several volunteer committees.
What we are looking for
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.
• Any general tertiary qualifications
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in volunteer management
• Good working knowledge of statistical or data analysis software
• Strong Project management, organisation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and conceptualisation abilities
• Experience in planning and financial management
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both in teams as well as independently
• Good engagement and communication skills
