You are responsible for succession planning of pinnacle appointments in the SAF, managing employee relations with senior officers, developmental needs of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) talents, and the administration of personnel affairs matters for both active and retired COL/ME7 and above populations.

What the role is
What you will be working on
- Develop and implement succession planning initiatives for pinnacle appointments
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align personnel planning with organisational goals
- Implement and enforce manpower policies, seek approval of deployment plans, and process posting orders
- Engage, educate and advise active and retired senior officers on service schemes, benefits, and related matters
- Assess and provide recommendations on applications relating to Manpower policies
- Facilitate career transition and exit management for senior officers
- Collaborate on policy formulation, review, and implementation of electronic HR (e-HR) systems

- Managing a wide range of stakeholders, from senior leadership to external entities
- Staying abreast of latest HR policies and systems
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of human resource experience is preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Resourceful and innovative
- Proficient in e-HR system
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI
