You manage manpower staffing and plan the professional development for all Military Domain Experts, Warrant Officers and Specialists (MDES/WOSPECs) within the Command.

- Assist in preparing and conducting Posting Plan Boards - Identify and engage servicemen for Route of Advancement (ROA) courses - Collaborate with stakeholders to manage ROA courses - Review and update work processes to align with prevailing policies - Interact with MDES/WOSPECs regarding posting preferences Challenge(s) - Keeping abreast of HR initiatives to ensure quality service delivery - Routinely reviewing and updating work processes to align with policies - Working closely with various entities on MDES/WOSPECs posting matters - Balancing individual posting preferences with organisational requirements

- At least 3 years of work experience in HR - Good communication and public relations skills - Strong time management and planning abilities - Meticulous attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to multi-task - Capacity to work under stressful environments Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
