What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be part of a dynamic team to manage bus service contracts. You will work closely and frequently with the contracted bus operators and other LTA divisions to pro-actively manage the bus service contracts. You will monitor, review and report the performance of the operators and their compliance with the contractual requirements, as well as process contractual documentations and payments. You will also be part of the team to oversee the implementation of the bus services after the tenders are awarded.
What we are looking for
• Tertiary qualification in any discipline
• Strong written, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Have integrity, meticulous, eye for details, self-motivated, team player, able to work independently
and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Candidates with working experience in the bus industry or in contract management will have an
advantage
