[Key Responsibilities]: • Support the new Whole-of-Government Employee Wellness Programme, which includes liaising with the vendor and agencies to ensure services are rendered effectively, and supporting the execution of in-person and virtual engagement events. • Support operations for our flexible workplace initiative, CoWork@Gov. Responsibilities include the following: o Oversee and facilitate the distribution of QR codes via SMS to users with reserved seats, ensuring accurate delivery and providing user support as necessary. o Manage the CoWork@Gov inbox to ensure timely responses are sent to users/host agencies. o Create marketing materials for CoWork@Gov • Design graphic, mailers and websites to promote innovation training and engagement initiatives • Support the administration and shortlisting of key transformation/wellbeing-related events • Support the Director with secretarial duties as necessary, e.g. note-taking, scheduling appointments, etc [Competencies Required]: • Keen attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Strong team player with a positive work ethic and attitude • Strong writing skills • Willingness to learn and utilise Generative AI tools (e.g. Pair and LaunchPad) for content creation and summarisation • Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and engaging content, including decks, videos, websites and other visual elements • Bonus: Proficiency in design-related software and video editing (e.g. Canva/Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 6 months (with option to extend 6 months) temporary contract.
