You will be part of a dynamic team to shape and develop the cybersecurity ecosystem in Singapore. You will lead the talent pipeline, CET and workforce policy and planning teams in the development of policies, plans and programmes for national talent pipeline and professional development across the cybersecurity sector. You will support the Director in (i) bringing together resources from across government, industry, IHLs and the professional community, (ii) formulating strategies on national cybersecurity manpower, (iii) leading national cybersecurity talent programmes, (iv) developing and implementing the national professionalisation framework to strengthen workforce quality, and (v) managing cross-team coordination in the Division.

What you will be working on
Responsibilities
• Develop policy and plans to support the national cybersecurity strategy to grow a robust cybersecurity talent pipeline and sustain a strong cybersecurity workforce to meet Singapore’s security and economic needs;
• Develop and implement the national framework to professionalise the cybersecurity workforce in Singapore;
• Develop and implement programmes to advance talent attraction and professional development in the cybersecurity sector.
What we are looking for
Requirements
• Relevant qualification(s) in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, science, economics or business.
• Professional certification(s) in cybersecurity will be advantageous.
• Experience in workforce strategy and policy, talent development and programmes will be useful
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 6 years in a supervisory position
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively engage senior management and industry stakeholders
• Ability to analyse data and make informed recommendations
• Ability to multi-task and work within tight timelines
• A team player with professional integrity and desire to serve the public
