What the role is
What you will be working on
1. Plan and Execute Events
Plan and execute events (e.g. CCA Fiesta, Inter-School Games) and projects (e.g. IPPT) in accordance with objectives, including setting timelines, budgets and expected deliverables.
Handle administrative processes, such as proposal preparation, budgeting and procurement, co-ordination of logistics.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as partners and vendors for successful execution of events and projects.
2. Oversee Module-related Work
Develop and review module e.g. health & wellness module in accordance with learning outcomes.
Plan resources to deliver module.
Manage team of associates to deliver module.
Handle administrative work and examination processing related to module.
3. Manage Sports CCA Clubs and Mentor Student Leaders
Advise students on club management, such as training, briefings and operation matters.
Plan and manage development and training of student leaders.
Mentor student leaders in their management committee roles and personal growth.
Inculcate NP’s core values during interactions with students.
Handle administrative processes, such as proposal preparation, procurement and maintaining CCA records.
Work with stakeholders such as coaches, parents, associations for any CCA-related matters.
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience working with youth.
Experience in organising sports events, competitions and activities and have worked with students in a similar age group in a sports-related environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A keen passion and commitment to helping students achieve their fullest potential.
Able to multi-task and adapt to changes with an agile and positive attitude.
Flexible to work after office hours or weekends when required.
