As a Careers & Leadership Development Executive, you will help to drive, maintain and staff the competency development initiatives to ensure ISD has a skilled and competent workforce. You will also work with stakeholders to ensure competencies stay relevant.

What the role is
What you will be working on
- Keep abreast of relevant initiatives within the Public Service and MHA and develop our competency policies and approaches to ensure alignment
- Develop competency-based career development strategies and frameworks to manager and develop our workforce and synergise these strategies with our leadership development and manpower strategies
- Work with stakeholders on the development of functional competencies and ensure the competencies are up-to-date.
- Work with stakeholders to plan and schedule officers for developmental programmes
- Part of the team to plan and manage leadership development activities
What we are looking for
- Degree in any discipline or equivalent competencies
- Minimum 3 years in HR work is preferred
- Experience in working with data
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good team player
