Manager/Senior Manager (Centre for Transcultural Studies)

• Oversee all academic operations for all subjects under IR/CTS
• Represent and coordinate with schools, academic centres and Academic Affairs Department on operational matters
• Prepare data, projections, reports and recommendations for Head/CTS or D/IR
• Oversee TPFUN subject Sustainability & Climate Action, subject leaders and teaching team
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill the Sustainability Interest Group’s mission (SUSTIG) to develop students as sustainability leaders
• Establish academic and industry network in the area of sustainability and collaborate on projects. Projects include industry research and project, overseas trip, students’ competition, conference.
• Set employees’ workplan, performance and development goals and conduct performance reviews

• Tertiary qualification or experience in sustainability
• At least 10 years of experience as an educator in an Institute of Higher Learning
• Experience in leadership position managing a team of educators
