What the role is
What you will be working on
Develop and execute programs that prepare scholars for scholarship interviews and university admissions, focusing on skills like critical thinking, leadership, and communication.
Organize developmental activities, including workshops, mock interviews, and mentorship sessions with experts and alumni.
Work closely with educational institutions and industry partners to provide scholars with additional opportunities such as real-world projects, mentorship, preparatory courses, and certifications.
Continuously gather feedback and analyse data to refine and improve the Capstone Program.
Track and monitor program success through key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting strategies as needed.
Support Student Life Academy events and other key department programs.
What we are looking for
A relevant qualifications in Education, Instructional Design, Training and Development, Talent Development, or a related field.
Strong skills in data analysis for improving program design.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and organize interactive learning sessions.
Experience in curriculum design, training program development, and educational coordination is advantageous.
Knowledge of the university admissions process and scholarship interviews is a plus.
