What the role is
What you will be working on
Maintain scholar tracking systems and regularly assess scholar progress, ensuring accurate reporting and database management.
Develop and nurture partnerships with mentors, industry leaders, training institutes, and community organizations to support scholar development.
Create and execute strategic marketing plans to promote the scholarship program to new candidates.
Organize outreach events, information sessions, and promotional activities to increase program visibility.
Identify and establish partnerships for specialized training opportunities, collaborating with team for program integration.
Support the Student Life Academy’s key events and contribute to departmental activities.
What we are looking for
A relevant qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in program management, partnership building, and business development.
Competence in data analysis and reporting tools to track scholar progress and program effectiveness.
Strong networking and communication skills to build lasting partnerships.
Experience in marketing and executing outreach initiatives is a must.
Familiarity with scholarship programs and educational sector processes is an added advantage.
