As a HR Innovation Executive, you will be managing and coordinating delivery of HR transformation project deliverables with internal and external stakeholders, recommending business changes to refine system capabilities, enforcing governance of sensitive and confidential HR information repositories and systems. The successful candidate will: - Engage relevant stakeholders on requirements - Formulate scope of projects, goals and deliverables - Ensure compliances of requirements with prevailing civil service guidelines and regulations - Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and management - Analyse and identify gaps in existing HR business processes or system workflows - Plan and formulate guidelines and standards on data usage and integrity - Any other administrative matters

- Degree in any discipline or equivalent competencies - Previous experience as a project manager or executive or similar role preferred - Previous experience with SAP System is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office relative tools and video-conferencing tools e.g. MS Teams - Organised and meticulous - Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment - Analytical, creative and resourceful in managing initiatives and work challenges - Effective communicator with positive mindset and good networking skills to work with multiple and diverse stakeholders - Ony Singaporeans need apply We wish to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified
