WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As a key member of Rewards Department, you will be part of a team to manage a board-wide rewards programme and platform services to facilitate sustained engagements with all stakeholders within its rewards ecosystem and to support national-level initiatives for the benefit of Singaporeans.
1. As the EPIC Rewards Product Lead, you are to provide leadership in driving the Rewards EPIC product development for the benefit of Healthy 365 app users by incorporating human-centric design elements and implement projects which are in line with the Rewards strategic roadmap; lead the engagement in strategic discussions with internal stakeholders and other public agencies to explore business or integration solutioning options which would enable them to leverage on Healthpoint system or rewards platform; and lead the platform design discussions to enhance the capability of the rewards platform to manage and award non-monetary rewards.
2. As the Product Lead of Rewards Management System (RMS), you will manage the vendor relationship and take the lead to conduct need-gap analysis and drive enhancement initiatives to progressively strengthen the robustness of the system. You will lead the prioritization of features development process, including resourcing and project delivery timelines with our tech team and vendor and other affected internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are achieved on-time and on-budget. You will also oversee RMS’ operational effectiveness and ensure system scalability to support H365 app traffic requirements (e.g., allocate resources for system load testing, establish effective and meaningful system and process metrics, provide periodic product knowledge training & support to the CS team).
3. As the overall Rewards Platform Lead, you will be providing leadership to front any business or tech integration collaboration with 3rd party partners’ systems for specific business requirements or use-cases (e.g., ActiveSG eWallet, GovWallet, SimplyGo). You will also be working closely with internal tech teams and system vendors to (i) facilitate periodic review of system to ensure seamless and efficient data exchange between various systems in the rewards platform; (ii) facilitate the sharing of the latest data and network security policy updates to ensure that the tech vendors of the respective systems fully understand and comply with the updated policies; and (iii) address identified audit gaps by working with relevant internal stakeholders to timely update the risk registers and execute plans to mitigate operations, hardware, software and network breaches.
BE PART OF THE TEAM
Join us if you are a dynamic and self-motivated individual who has at least 8-10 years of relevant working experience (5 – 8 years for SM level) in rewards or loyalty programme environment, product or programme design/development, operations management, insights driven data analytics, project management (preferably in a tech environment), and enjoys working in a highly matrixed, fluid and fast-paced environment.
You should also possess:
Good understanding or knowledge of related CRM/IT systems, and comfortable in engaging tech stakeholders (including 3rd party vendors), with proven track record in successfully developing, implementing and executing vendor management initiatives
Good leadership and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organisation and navigate complex stakeholder relationships
Strategic, analytical and critical thinking mind-set; resourceful in seeking solutions and able to streamline processes able and produce desired outcomes
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills coupled with strong influencing skills, proficient in MS Office suite of apps.
