[What you will be working on]
Reporting to the Deputy Director (SAA), you will work closely with Senior Management to drive strategic projects and new initiatives to bring SAA’s capabilities and standing to the next level, and ensure alignment between the projects and SAA’s vision.
You will also be responsible for analysing the aviation training landscape and identifying opportunities to differentiate SAA from other aviation academies. This includes establishing new niche areas in training, building research capabilities, and establishing strategic partnerships with aviation companies and Institutes of Higher Learning.
