You will be a part of HPB’s Human Resources & Organisation Development (HROD) division which is responsible for attracting, engaging, developing and retaining our people. We also drive the achievement of HPB’s mission by enhancing the overall effectiveness of our people systems.
What You Can Expect
- Organise, maintain and update talent management databases via viable platforms as needed and to ensure the accuracy and effective sharing of data across HROD functional teams.
- Develop a tailored career development plan for HPB talent, to record their experience, competencies and performance, fostering their professional growth within the organisation and public service.
- Support in the conduct of succession planning exercises at the Board level.
- Conceptualise the implementation of communication and engagement plan for the use of functional competencies for appraisal across the Board.
Be Part of the Team
Join us if you are a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 8 years of experience in key HR functions especially talent management and performance management, and enjoys working in a highly matrixed, fluid and fast-paced environment. You should also possess:
- Relevant qualifications or experience in human resource management or related discipline
- Strong strategic thinking, conceptual, meticulous and a collaborative team player with good written and verbal communication skills
- Agile and comfortable with digitalisation and working with systems in keeping pace with the innovation and dynamic work environment.
- Highly resilient. Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and tight deadlines
