What the role is
What you will be working on
• Manage and implement all aspects of HR including manpower planning, performance management, employee relations and change management initiatives that supports business and line management in achieving organisational goals;
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment and selection;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively identify opportunities and issues and co-create solutions in support of business goals; and
• Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on HR policies and processes, and co-ordinate the resolution of HR policy-related issues.
What we are looking for
• Tertiary Qualifications and IHRP certification is a plus;
• An understanding of the workings and work processes of the Civil and Public Service, is advantageous;
• Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills; and
• Strong passion for people, open-minded, a desire to serve and lead and commitment to excellence
