You will be part of the HR team to support EMA's mission and goals in the area of Talent Attraction.
This includes developing and implementing effective employer branding strategies, reviewing and establishing effective attraction channels. This role requires you to build strong relationships with the hiring managers to understand their manpower requirements and implement effective strategies to meet these needs. You will leverage both traditional and innovative methods to connect with a diverse pool of candidates and adjust recruitment strategies to align with evolving workforce dynamics and competencies requirements, as well as develop effective recruitment metrics to analyse and assess the effectiveness of the recruitment strategies.
Overall, you will manage the entire spectrum of the recruitment process from sourcing to offer stages, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout their application journey with EMA.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various job functions.
Employer Branding & Talent Outreach: Strengthen EMA’s employer brand through strategic branding initiatives, career fairs, internship programs, and scholarship outreach.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, provide hiring insights, and support decision-making with recruitment expertise.
Recruitment Analytics & Process Optimization: Utilise data and insights to assess recruitment effectiveness, refine sourcing strategies, and enhance candidate engagement.
Candidate Experience & Engagement: Ensure a positive and meaningful candidate journey, reinforcing EMA’s reputation as an attractive employer.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, exposure to recruitment branding is preferred
Ability to manage multiple recruitment needs effectively, balancing both immediate hiring demands and long-term talent planning.
Strong organisational skills, and able to multi-task in a fast pace environment
Able to conceptualise and articulate policies, as well as work well both strategically and operationally
Strong personal initiative and resourcefulness
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work well with people at all levels
This is a 2-year contract role, with the possibility of renewal based on business needs.
