You will be a part of HPB’s School Health Outreach – Parents & Caregivers (P&C) department which aims to advance health promotion efforts by going upstream to engage parents-to-be, parents and caregivers to help them adopt positive health habits for themselves and their children.
Scope
As a key member of Parents & Caregivers (P&C) team, you will contribute to the team’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your job responsibilities will include:
* Develop and implement content strategies and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to create new or integrated projects.
Work closely with industry and medical experts as part of the consultation and strategy development process and to curate local evidence tips and information to be made available in HPB digital assets (e.g HPB Parent Hub and social media)
Synthesise information and develop resources such as infographics and short reels
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop the necessary resources and implement relevant engagement strategies
Conduct testing, analyse pre- and post- marketing and project results to improve communication and engagement efforts
Synthesise information, propose and lead projects to develop new innovative outreach materials to inform / equip parents and caregivers in healthier living
* Conceptualise and implement outreach strategies to create integrated initiatives within the ecosystem.
Develop strategic and sustainable collaborative partnerships to champion health promotion initiatives to address identified health needs and issues within the community
Manage and improve the processes (e.g. vendor management, project management, evaluation of key initiatives), and coordinate with team members as part of project team.
Implement analytics polls e.g. surveys, online analytics to assess sentiments to increase effectiveness of the roll-out
Constantly review and improve the business processes, track and report department’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Provide secretariat support to Chairperson in coordinating meeting agenda with the Medical Experts (twice a year) and updating HPB’s strategic initiatives
What an ideal candidate looks like
An ideal candidate will be a dynamic, driven and self-motivated individual with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in partnership and project management. The candidate should possess the following competencies:
Good project management skills with experience preferred in ideas curation and execution, and project management for the required target audience
Good organisation skills, being able to think objectively and able to mulit-task
Good project management skills with experience in project management and implementation
Good negotiation/influencing and conflict management skill
Good written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in creative and human-centered design is a plus
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Has a pulse on the needs of the target audience that would be used to design and execute suitable health promotion programmes (e.g. curation of content, activity ideas etc.) to engage the target segment
