Responsibilities
Assist Registrar and Board members of the Strata Titles Boards in case management of applications filed with Strata Titles Boards
Prepare documentation/correspondence in relation to mediation/hearing sessions
Communication with parties on Strata Titles Boards procedures
Conduct research for the Boards
Assist the Board to draft Orders, Grounds of Decisions and Judgments
Review of legislation such as the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act, the Land Titles (Strata) Act and their subsidiary legislation
Provide administrative support to Strata Titles Boards
Any other duties the Registrar may assign
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in legal studies
Relevant working experience in the legal sector would be an advantage
Good command of English language, both written and spoken
Good inter-personal skills and able to communicate with people from all walks of life
Able to work independently and as a team player
Successful candidates will be offered contract employment.
