About the Office for Space Technology & Industry (OSTIn)
The Office for Space Technology & Industry (OSTIn) is Singapore’s national space office. To build up Singapore’s space ecosystem and advance Singapore’s space interests, OSTIn seeks to:

• Nurture the build-up of local space technology capabilities through investments in R&D;
• Grow a globally competitive local space industry;
• Develop policies and regulations to support Singapore’s space activities;
• Expand bilateral and multilateral partnerships, and contribute to strengthening the international governance regime for space activities; and
• Support the development of talent for Singapore’s space sector and future workforce.

What you will be working on

This position is to support OSTIn’s digital marketing and communications initiatives. You will have the opportunity to shape OSTIn’s branding efforts, digital marketing content and curate its communications channels. The target audience is wide-ranging, as OSTIn is Singapore’s national space agency which engages multinational corporations, local startups/SMEs, foreign space agencies, international organisations (such as United Nations’ Committee on the Peaceful Use of Outer Space), and our young aspiring space talent.

You are required to work with the team to:

Update and enhance UI/UX of OSTIn’s website
Manage and curate content on OSTIn’s website and social media platforms
Produce digital marketing collaterals, and print materials
Update, monitor and operationalize the OSTIn Comms Plan
Support comms and publicity efforts in line with OSTIn’s strategic comms objectives

What we are looking for

Requirements

Possesses a degree or diploma in branding, marketing, communications, UI/UX or creative design fields.
Passionate about the space industry
Experience in creating and curating digital content and artwork
Proficient in design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva
Familiarity with Isomer is a plus
Storyboarding and video editing skills are good to have
Good verbal and written communications skills
Singaporean
