What you will be working on

- Collaborate with business units within the division and across IRAS to reimagine business processes and redesign our core system to support IRAS’ future needs through innovation.

- Scope and manage business requirements for the IT system for the Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) through iterative information gathering in collaboration with stakeholders and capture, analyse and translate user needs into user stories and requirements.

- Work with the development team to ensure the AEOI business requirements are successfully built and tested. Implement test cases to simulate user requirements, analyse test coverage lapses, and support user acceptance testing activities. Perform functional testing and verification of data migration.

- Embrace digitalization at work and co-create solutions with stakeholders

What we are looking for

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience with CRS or FATCA or system development would be an advantage.
- Good critical thinking and analytical skills
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and a team player
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under time pressure to meet project deadlines
