As the Manager/ Senior Manager, you will develop operational policies and strategies to maintain high compliance of the work pass framework and protect migrant workers’ well-being.
You will be required to develop approaches to enforce different foreign manpower policies and regulations, review enforcement framework and drive initiatives to support the division’s priorities and improve enforcement effectiveness.
You are also required to assess potential implications to existing enforcement approaches due to changing ground situations or new policies that are implemented by MOM and/ or other government agencies.
You will have opportunities to present proposals at various platforms, as well as participate in cross department/division projects.
