What the role is
What you will be working on
Design and implement a leadership framework through roadmaps, strategies, programs, and processes to develop and empower student leaders.
Organize and deliver leadership training programs to ensure appointed leaders are well-equipped to fulfill their roles.
Supervise and mentor student leaders in managing CCA clubs, ensuring the execution of programs meets both club and department objectives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track program success and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Support and organize Student Life Academy programs and key department events.
What we are looking for
Relevant qualifications in Education, Event Management, or a related field.
Experience in planning and organizing leadership activities.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis for program refinement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for organizing leadership programs.
