You ensure the commitment of Full-Time National Servicemen (NSFs) and Operationally Ready National Servicemen (NSmen) in the Navy, and provide recognition for their service.

Your responsibilities include implementing promotion, awards, and recognition initiatives (e.g. NSmen of the Year, National Day Award) in a timely and accurate manner. In addition, you formulate and implement NS Engagement Strategies to garner NSFs' and NSmen's Commitment to Defence (C2D). Your challenges lie in sustaining the high standards required for NS management and working closely with various stakeholders to meet the work requirements in a timely manner.

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with at least 5 years' experience in Human Resource Management/Administration. You must be an analytical thinker with good communication skills. You should be able to work independently and meticulously, show initiative to innovate and solve problems, and perform effectively under stress and deadlines.
