What the role is
What you will be working on
- Implement promotion, awards, and recognition initiatives (e.g. NSmen of the Year, National Day Award) in a timely and accurate manner
- Formulate and implement NS Engagement Strategies to garner NSFs' and NSmen's Commitment to Defence (C2D)
- Work closely with various stakeholders to meet work requirements
Challenge(s)
- Sustaining high standards required for NS management
- Meeting work requirements in a timely manner while collaborating with various stakeholders
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management/Administration is preferred
- Analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meticulously
- Initiative to innovate and solve problems
- Ability to perform effectively under stress and deadlines
