You ensure the commitment of Full-Time National Servicemen (NSFs) and Operationally Ready National Servicemen (NSmen) in the Navy, and provide recognition for their service.

- Implement promotion, awards, and recognition initiatives (e.g. NSmen of the Year, National Day Award) in a timely and accurate manner - Formulate and implement NS Engagement Strategies to garner NSFs' and NSmen's Commitment to Defence (C2D) - Work closely with various stakeholders to meet work requirements Challenge(s) - Sustaining high standards required for NS management - Meeting work requirements in a timely manner while collaborating with various stakeholders
