What the role is
What you will be working on
- Implement National Service (NS) policies
- Develop and execute NS Training programmes
- Maintain oversight of all NS staffing and manning requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise the employment of NS resources
- Design and implement NS training plans for Operationally Ready National Servicemen (NSmen)
- Represent the Formation at key meetings related to NS affairs
- Oversee the development and performance of the Formation NS training system
- Ensure alignment with SAF NS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Drive change and improvement in NS policies and practices
Challenge(s)
- Managing various stakeholders with different needs to achieve desired outcomes
- Maintaining comprehensive familiarity with NS policies to drive change and improvement
What we are looking for
- At least 6 years' relevant experience in training and development
- Good communication skills to engage and handle diverse personalities
- Strong leadership and management skills
