What the role is

You perform the role of a Human Resource (HR) business partner to the relevant stakeholders in the department(s), providing strategic advice and support to department stakeholders while managing employee career development.

What you will be working on

- Advise on HR matters, such as deployment, employee affairs, benefits, awards, and exit management - Guide employee career progression - Manage compensation and benefits - Handle retention and exit processes - Analyse data for workforce planning - Support restructuring initiatives Challenge(s) - Balancing departmental needs with organisational objectives while handling complex HR cases professionally and efficiently

What we are looking for

- At least 2 years of HR management experience is preferred - Strong organisational skills - Time management abilities - Excellent interpersonal skills - Independent working style - Proactive mindset - Data analysis and problem-solving abilities (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
