You perform the role of a Civilian matter expert by providing advice on various Human Resource (HR) issues such as deployment, employee affairs, benefits, awards, and exit management.

- Provide advice on HR issues including deployment, employee affairs, benefits, awards, and exit management - Serve as the main point of contact with the Public Service Division (PSD) on Civilian HR matters - Perform HR functions for Political Appointees and their Secretaries - Manage complex and multi-dimensional HR cases Challenge(s) - Understanding and applying policies and guidelines governing Civilians' career management - Balancing MINDEF/SAF's interests with Public Service Division requirements - Providing thoughtful, professional, and timely responses to HR issues

- At least 2 years of work experience in HR management is preferred - Strong organisational, time management and interpersonal skills - Understanding of public service HR policies and practices is preferred (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
