As a member of the Case Management Branch, you will be responsible for the case management of migrant workers who have housing, food and/or other employment related issues. You will have the opportunity to work with other teams and Divisions within MOM, across government agencies and external stakeholders, not only in case management but also for the periodical review and implementation of case management strategies and protocols.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Assess and manage escalated cases on migrant workers' well-being issues such as housing/food and other employment related issues
• Ensure that urgent and/or complex cases are addressed expeditiously
• Engage migrant workers, employers and other stakeholders
• Work closely with stakeholders across MOM, other govt agencies and external agencies
• Document case details and all related information accurately into relevant systems and databases
• Keep abreast with prevailing policies and processes to ensure accurate information is provided when handling cases and escalate issues promptly as needed
• Proactively identify emerging issues for closer monitoring and/or timely intervention by Divisions.
• Conduct reviews and work process re-design to enhance operational processes.

• Tertiary qualifications in any discipline
• Prior experience in customer service/service/service operations planning & management will be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills in maintaining effective customer and working relationships
• Good writing, communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Resilient and can handle difficult customers
• Self-motivated. Able to work as a team and independently, and adapt to complex changes
• Strong team player who can work with both internal and external stakeholders
