What the role is: The jobholder will play a crucial role in strategically planning and executing MOM’s engagements across various workstreams, leading a team to foster collaboration and communication between stakeholders, ultimately contributing to the company’s overall mission by strengthening partnerships and enhancing engagement for sustained success.

What you will be working on

What you will be working on: • Work with internal departments to ensure that stakeholder engagements are well-planned and managed • Partner stakeholders to increase awareness of MOM policies and programmes through engagements (e.g. dialogues, briefings, focus groups) whilst ensuring that the engagements are within budget, scope and timeline requirements. • Ensure insights from stakeholder engagements are distilled and reported to MOM senior management. • Identify opportunities to leverage stakeholder’s activities and programmes to support MOM’s engagement goals. • Co-develop projects with stakeholders to improve reach and impact of engagements

What we are looking for

What we are looking for: • Tertiary qualification in any discipline • Able to work independently and lead a team to work cross functionally • Good written and communications skills • Meticulous in planning and organising events. 3 to 4 years of experience in stakeholder engagement and/or event management roles is preferred. • Initiative to experiment with new ways to deepen trust with stakeholders
