The Applied Research (AR) Unit at the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) develops effective tools and interventions to shape progressive WSH practices. This includes addressing psychosocial and multi-factorial WSH issues, such as work stressors and employee mental well-being, and WSH ownership. The AR unit also works on initiatives to gain insights into behavioural WSH risks and human errors in work-related accidents.
You will be managing two key systems, namely the iWorkHealth and iOwnWSH, designed to assist companies in assessing and addressing employee mental well-being and WSH ownership. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth operation of these systems, managing system issues, addressing user queries, and implementing system enhancements to improve user experience. Additionally, you will be expected to provide support for other projects within the AR Unit.

• Adaptable to change and uncertainty, and innovative in seeking new approaches to problem resolution.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
