We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised candidate to join the Operations Development Team. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient records management and inventory tracking systems and providing corporate support to the department.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Manage casefiles and documents in both physical and digital forms. This includes:
- Facilitate and track the movement of casefiles within the department and MOM
- Work with vendors on scanning of casefiles and documents to be digitally archived
- Work with vendors on storage and retrieval of physical casefiles
• Manage an inventory of ops equipment and devices to meet operational needs. This includes:
- Support the procurement of ops equipment and devices
- Oversee the movement of ops equipment and devices
• Manage the deposit and movement of case exhibits
• Support the management of staff records
• Provide administrative support to the department
What we are looking for
• You are a team player, with good communication skills.
• You are meticulous and organised in your work.
• You have a positive, open attitude towards new ideas and ways of doing things and adapt flexibly to changes.
• Having experience in operations or registry work is an advantage.
